When considering a venue for your conference or function in South Wales your first stop should be De Courceys. De Courceys has three dining and function rooms:

Oriental Room - 2 to 24 delegates
Floral Room - up to 60 seated delegates
Tapestry Room - up to 175 delegates theatre or boardroom style

All meeting and conference rooms have:

  • Ample free car parking and direct access from the ground level.
  • Access to Licenced Bars.
  • Food & Drinks from our fine a la Carte Restaurant.

8 hour daytime conference rates includes the following provisions as standard:

Coffee or Tea on Arrival
Mid-Morning Coffee Break
3-Course Sit Down Luncheon or Buffet
Afternoon Tea Break with Biscuits


Flipchart and screen are supplied free of charge Any projection equipment can be provided at the suppliers charge



Room hire charges vary at De Courceys between our three function rooms. Rooms can accommodate from 12 to 175 delegates and the tranquil setting prevents distractions. Private Bars are fully licenced and separate from the conference rooms.

The room hire charges apply to a 6pm departure. After that, charges are negotiable according to requirements and availability.
